Training yourself to see Balance and Growth takes practice and drive, Sometimes that train is easy to catch, and other times it feels like bad luck, But luck isn’t good or bad, it’s an opportunity even if you don’t know when it’ll arrive, But you can improve your prospects by showing up and not letting yourself get stuck. And even when you do catch it, the ride might be bumpy, or uphill, You might slow down and wonder why this is happening to you, But it’s just a train, it’s not out to get you, it harbors no ill will, Instead it may be a chance to reorient yourself and focus on what you can do. I may seem like the conductor of this express, but I’m actually a passenger too, I wasn’t sure what to write about tonight, I didn’t feel that I had a thing to say, But I knew that if I just showed up, looked for Balance and Growth, and stayed true, That whether or not the train came into the station I’d still somehow find my way.
