Yet they removed her breasts anyway.* Like Jazz, Riley is extremely sexually inexperienced and repressed, yet was allowed to deform her genitalia with drugs and amputate reproductive organs rather than directed to therapy to develop insight into herself, such as basic facts about her sexual orientation. * Riley began testosterone at age 21 and got top surgery at age 24, so her intense repression preceded trans medicalization.
