In this episode, I chat with Johnny Marchetti, a junior at the University of Rhode Island who’s part of the RI Promise Program. After two years at CCRI, Johnny made the move to URI, and he’s here to share what that transition was really like. We talk about everything from transferring credits and adjusting to campus life, to what it’s like living on campus instead of commuting. Johnny also opens up about the financial side of college and how those expenses change once you transfer. Plus, we get into coursework and professor differences between CCRI and URI, and what new transfer students can expect in the classroom.
