Transform Your Life By Opening Your Heart With This Powerful Mantra

from Your Daily Devotional: GoOD Mornings with CurlyNikki

Let's chant together --  "Aditya Hridyam Punyam Sarv Shatru Bena Shenam" This Sanskrit mantra is from the Ramayana and it means, "All evil vanishes from those who keep the sun in their heart." I've shared it before in passing.   In this case, 'evil' means something that distracts you from or makes you feel separate from Love.  This could be anything from thoughts, or your job, to an unhealthy relationship, or bad habits, etc.  And trust that whenever something falls away, something that is Go(o)d,  something that is of this Love, something in alignment with all that you are, falls in its place!   While chanting (reading along with) the Sanskrit words, FEEL your intention to serve God... to be an instrument of Love.  Hold your heart, or namaskar, or sway... feel that as you speak the words you are in the presence of God. Would your mind wander into the past or future if you were sitting in the presence of God? Right.  Stay where your feet appear to be and chant this mantra while radiating Love, while feeling Him, while feeling your new life.  I Love you, Nik [email protected] Bonus Quotes and Material: "Keep God in your heart like you keep money in the bank." -Maharajji "Love is essentially self communicative; Those who do not have it catch it from those who have it." -Meher Baba via, 'Be Here Now' Listen to these previous episodes on mantra and my personal practice -- 1.How do you do it?
