Soak the almonds in ½ cup water for about 2 hours. Drain and wash and peel the almonds and add them to the blender with 1/3 cup of the milk and grind till fine. Strain and add the to the rest of the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a gentle boil on medium heat. Enjoy this drink half an hour before bed time.
