Transformation Trouble
from Transformation Professionals · host Rob Llewellyn
As Clay Christensen once said, “the reason why it is so difficult for existing firms to capitalise on disruptive innovations is that their processes and their business model that make them good at the existing business actually make them bad at competing for the disruption.” The trouble with transformation is often the act of transformation itself and the organisation’s ability to effectively tackle and manage the challenges, risk and opportunities which transformation presents. 🏛 Join the FREE Enterprise Transformation & AI Hub → cxotransform.com/p/hub 🔍 Follow Rob Llewellyn on LinkedIn → in/robllewellyn 🎥 Watch Rob’s enterprise transformation videos → youtube.com/@cxofm 🎙 Part of the Digital Transformation Broadcast Network (DTBN)
