Triggers are forever present and triggers have been the root cause for many a relapse. Triggers are forever present and the main reason why we describe addiction as not having a cure. However,  triggers need not be the debilitating device they can be. There is a means to transform your triggers into a vehicle for sustaining recovery. There is a way to transform your triggers into a tool to cement your recovery and use these same triggers as a method of reinforcing your recovery.
