Transfrom Negative Self-Talk - Meditation

from Deeper consciousness · host Laura Cordon

Pushing away, getting mad at, and running from negative self-talk may feel like the way to get rid of it, but as I know you’ve experienced, it doesn’t really help it go away. Actually, it makes it worse. Our thoughts send out signals to our bodies. When you already have ALL these feelings and ALL these thoughts from your negative self-talk and then you meet that with MORE thoughts and feelings of judgement, frustration, anger, or blame, you're adding layers of feelings to something that’s already so thick and heavy to begin with. This guided meditation is a different, more gentle approach to shift the way you’re thinking and feeling when your mind starts running down negative self-talk lane.
