They also represent an opportunity to be collaborative and creative in addressing change effectively.  Embracing the good type of conflict. How? try some inclusive decision-making. A time to invite ideas, listen carefully, and consider those thoughts with respect and an open mind. Even if every suggestion can’t be adopted, there is a chance to embrace a collaborative, respectful, creative process.
