from The JS Self-Care Mind Body & Soul Podcast · host Janell Santana- Sims
Trauma is severe emotional shock and pain caused by an extremely upsetting experience. Raced based Traumatic Stress is the traumatic response to stress following a racial encounter. Trauma is real and we have to acknowledge that we have been traumatized. The most important thing is to except we have been traumatized and we need to speak about it. A person who speaks about trauma heals from their trauma. Let's Heal Toady! Let's Heal Together! If anything in this week’s podcast resonated with you, please contact Janell @ JSSELFCARE.ORG.
