from Speak Plainly Podcast · host Owl

Send us Fan MailSome days are crap. I think we all know that. But for chronic stress adapted people we have bad days more often than others. Sometimes if we are lucky our bad days can turn into good days. but most of the time it wont. So what do we do then? That's what today's podcast is about. I woke up and spent the first 90 minutes of my day crying. But I made this episode anyway. Some days we can afford to sit and cry and let it out. but most days we cant. On those days we ought to wrap up that scared hurt piece of us wrap it up tight and drag it along behind us while we do what needs to be done.  Music by Wutaboi Patreonwww.patreon.com Buy me a coffee at www.buymeacoffee.com/owlmedicine Social MediaFacebook: www.facebook.com/owlcmedicineInstagram: www.instagram.com/owlmedicineTwitter: www.twitter.com/owlmedicine My Websiteswww.owlchrysalismedicine.comwww.decolonizehealthcare.comwww.rethinkingbroken.comContact the [email protected] the showMusic by WutaboiEmail us at [email protected] Buy me a coffee at www.buymeacoffee.com/owlmedicine Social MediaFacebook: www.facebook.com/owlcmedicineInstagram: www.instagram.com/owlcmedicine My Websiteswww.owlchrysalismedicine.comwww.decolonizehealthcare.comwww.rethinkingbroken.com#rethinkingbroken #CPTSD#chronicstressadapted #ComplexPTSD#childhoodtrauma #Authorpodcast #bestsellingauthor #queerauthor#adhd #dyslexia #dyscalclia #Queer #queerpodcast #queerhost#adultswithadhd #veteran #therapist #nonfictionauthor #traumaauthor#undiagnisedadhd  #childhoodtrauma #trauma #lifeaftertrauma  #PTSD
