In our 4th episode of Season 3, we talk with medical doctor, founder of Family Center for Allergy and Asthma, and runner, Dr. Gina Dapul-Hidalgo & her husband, electrical engineer and triathlete, Raniel Hidalgo. Dr. Gina Dapul-Hidalgo, MD is a board-certified pediatric and adult allergy, asthma, and immunology specialist and founder of Family Center for Allergy and Asthma in the Washington DC area. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, running, and spending time with family and friends. Raniel Hidalgo is a Filipino-American family man, engineer, and former USAF officer. He currently leads a rapidly growing business area for a large defense contractor. Raniel's fitness hobbies include triathlon, mountain biking, yoga, and weight training.
