Tribute to Ebrahim Alkazi : Part One, by R. Raju.

Ebrahim Alkazi, the well-known Indian theatre director, pedagogue and artist passed away on 4th August 2020. This series of episodes are a tribute to Ebrahim Alkazi. The first episode is a discussion with R. Raju, who studied at National School of Drama, New Delhi, during Alkazi’s tenure.  R .Raju is a theatre director, pedagogue and designer. He worked as a faculty at School of Drama Thrissur, Tamil University ,Thanjavur, Pondicherry Central University and other universities . Through this series I try to explore the untold artistic practices, pedagogical methodologies and cultural interventions of Ebrahim Alkazi from his fellow artists and students.
