Tribute to Her Majesty- Queen Elizabeth II

A sad day for the world. She carried out her duties with grace in good times and bad, through success and family scandal. The world has changed many times throughout her reign, both socially and politically but many still held deep affection for her. She was a member of over 600 charities and organizations and the second- longest reigning monarch in history (after Louis XIV). I always enjoyed her Christmas messages and have always thought that she exemplified how a monarch and world leader should act. Regardless of how one feels about Britain and the empire, the world will truly miss a queen of her dignity. Rest in peace Your Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. The world won't be the same without you.
