Triggered By “Happiness”??

My ego HATES me sharing this...but nowadays I acknowledge them kindly and do it anyway lol. You will have to get really honest to get through this one, even if it's just with yourself- have you ever gotten annoyed or angry that someone seems to have/had it "easier" than you??  Especially if you had a crazier "than your average bear" childhood and/or your siblings had a different upbringing than you did, watch for this trigger... It's never what it seems, and we can help ourselves FEEL differently going forward.
