Isabel (Iz) King had made quite a name for herself in triathlon before her transition to gravel cycling. After doing her first professional race at the beginning of 2020, the pandemic hit, and everything changed. Turning towards cycling, the gravel community welcomed Iz with open arms.This week, Kathryn and Kristi welcome Iz onto the show to discuss this transition, and what gravel cycling means to her.
