True Story of a Wild Woman with Tamara Royal

Well...in this episode we talk about getting naked and doing yoga - what could go wrong?! Tamara is someone who brings light to everything that she touches and during my summer of say less (Renos kept us home and closeby), Tamara was out there bopping to her summer of SAY YES and I loved watching every second. It made me think about the embodiment of the wild woman and how she is just like us but brave. Tamara has always been diving in feet first (with and without clothes on) and she shares with us more of what that's like to live without fear and just say YES.
