In this series we try to get more perspective on the Trump administration, the Republican dominated Congress and navigating through this hopeful new world through discussion of issues on the forefront.   Today we speak with Jennifer Chavez-Ramos, Citrus’ Student Trustee. She tells us her personal journey of living with undocumented parents, helping to raise her siblings and the struggle of balancing work and school. Being considered a sanctuary campus means that the campus is committed to keeping DACA students safe and their files private within the law.
