Eric B Karl was born in Albuquerque NM and was blessed to live all over the United States growing up. He attended Brigham Young University where he earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in electrical engineering. Afterward, he worked as a computer engineer in California and Arizona before joining the faculty at BYU-Idaho in 2004. While there he continued his education and received a PhD in Instructional Design from Idaho State University. Brother Karl currently serves as the Vice President of Curriculum at BYU-Pathway Worldwide. Brother Karl and his beautiful wife Marilyn are the parents of five children and the grandparents of six wonderful grandchildren. July 22, 2025 11:15 AM
