Trusting God In Divisive Elections

from Proclamation Station Hosted by Revs. Louis and April Jenkins

In this episode, we celebrate the peace that comes from trusting God’s sovereignty, even during divisive election seasons. Proverbs 21:1 reminds us that “The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; He turns it wherever He will.” We also consider Romans 8:28 assuring us that “In all things God works for the good of those who love Him.” Faith can help us to rise above fear and anxiety during these times. Join us as we reflect on the powerful scriptures and consider how God’s plan transcends politics, offering hope, peace and reassurance that His purpose will prevail - no matter who holds office. Whether you are feeling frustrated, worried, disheartened, or happy, this episode is a reminder to place your trust in the One who reigns over all.
