Shawna shares how hearing about life coaching at a work conference led her to work with her first coach who helped her recognize that her intense need for control that was rooted in a chaotic childhood, was driving burnout, strained relationships, and 60+ hour workweeks. Through coaching, parts work, and learning to set boundaries and say no, she began healing and experiencing major shifts in her marriage and relationships with her children.
