Trusting Yourself as a Businesswoman {Ep 145. Bday Fun D3}

from Tuesday Talks with Darleen · host Darleen Redman

Send us Fan MailFor a long time, I struggled with trusting myself, feeling as though I needed to rely on others for guidance and answers. Growing up, I was taught to prioritize others’ opinions over my own, which made it challenging to find my own voice. However, once I let go of those limiting beliefs, I discovered the incredible power that comes from trusting myself. Now, I’m in my fourth year of podcasting, something I’ve accomplished because I listened to my intuition and followed my passion, despite what others said. It’s a journey that has transformed my life, and I can’t wait to share some insights with you today. In this episode, we’ll explore three key areas that will help you develop that trust: navigating the overwhelming noise of external advice, mastering the art of self-trust in your business decisions, and strengthening your connection to your business’s unique energy. Highlights The importance of self-trust in personal and business decisions. Overcoming the influence of external advice and strategies. The uniqueness of individual business energy and its role in decision-making. The need to distinguish between aligned actions and distractions. The relationship between self-trust and intuition in making business decisions. The role of chakras in enhancing business alignment and energy. The concept of effortless growth when aligned with one’s true purpose. Key Insights Overwhelm of External Advice: Many entrepreneurs face a barrage of advice from various online platforms. This can lead to confusion and distraction. It’s crucial to filter out noise and focus on what feels right personally. Self-Trust Development: Building trust in oneself requires letting go of limiting beliefs and prioritizing personal insights over others’ opinions. This is a gradual process that can yield significant benefits. Business Energy Connection: Each business has its unique energy that can guide decision-making. Tuning into this energy helps entrepreneurs understand their needs and paths more clearly. Cookie-Cutter Strategies Fallacy: Many strategies promoted in business are not one-size-fits-all. Entrepreneurs must explore different avenues and find what works best for them. Aligned Decisions: Decisions made from a place of clarity and trust lead to better outcomes than those made under pressure or fear of missing out. Chakras and Business Alignment: Utilizing the concept of chakras can help individuals connect more deeply with their business’s needs and energies, fostering a supportive relationship. Effortless Growth: When entrepreneurs align with their true self and business energy, growth feels natural and effortless, leading to a more fulfilling business experience.
