Do you see it as authoritative in your life? How do you approach it? In Nehemiah 8 the people assembled together to hear the teaching of God's word. Tony challenged the church about the importance of us assembling "all together" and making our Sunday Church services a real priority as it is the place where we all gather together as a church. Is being at church on Sunday a real priority to you? In Nehemiah 8 the people had open hearts and were convicted by the preaching of the Word and wept and then were joyful. Are you open to being changed and challenged by God's word? Does it regularly convict you of sin and show you your need for grace?"
