After only 7 years of clinical orthodontics and solo practice ownership, Tarryn experienced a breakdown and severe clinical burnout when she fire-sold her practice, fled the state, and literally and figuratively ran from everything in her life. What followed was a journey of reclamation of the self she had disconnected from decades earlier. 5 years later she would go on to open a scratch-start practice and grow it to be the largest Invisalign practice in her state. After 23 years in clinical dentistry she now coaches other leaders on reconnecting to themselves in order to step into their true power.
