I cannot imagine being told that my grandpa’s grave was empty, running to ascertain the truth, and finding his empty suit sitting in an open casket! And yet, here we see Peter and John witnessing just that. Their teacher, their dear friend, whom they had heard was dead and buried, was no longer in His tomb!
