You need to know how often you will publish and how long the episodes will be. If you want to do a weekly show that is 10 minutes long that is 40 minutes a month. A stereo podcast (128 kbps ) takes up roughly 1 M per minute. A mono file (64 kbps) takes up roughly .5 A 10-minute episode once a week is 40 minutes a month.
