Turning 50 and Celebrating

It's a major life transition where we give less fucks, feel more confident in ourselves, say no to people pleasing and shift focus to our personal needs.Turning 50 for me is about celebrating what I have achieved, putting me first (obviously I still take care of my kids) health becomes a big priority and its been about reinventing myself.
