Calming playlist for overwhelm Using music during transitions Music for morning or bedtime routines Using music for activation and momentum when a task feels tedious You will discover that lyrics and tempo affect emotions and use music to regulate your mood. This is a great jumpstart to heighten your self-awareness around how music affects you.
