South Korean exports for October were weaker than expected. Autos and fuel products were the only growth areas. A general global demand moderation is combining with a switch from buying stuff to having fun (goods spending to services spending). It is also possible that 2021 goods demand cannibalized demand from future years, threatening a manufacturing sector hard landing.
