There's this concept of "ultimate trust" (everything is a thing) : Calling me "hot" (those conversations can be verbatim). Weird. "He's your problem now," & a pinch. While these memories do not lead to spiraling, is it worth trying to remove entirely by transferring it to another place to see if it can be CONTAINED. Just like the behavior that I've been doing for a long time. GETTING IT OUT.My whole life I've been told to trusting. Very gullible & it's true, when I'm with family or friends of family, it's instant trust. WOW!!! You get it all & why the people that betrayed that (finally, we're in betrayal) cannot come back in my life since it happened--I'm different. I don't believe you. I don't "like you" (something I didn't even know you could tell people since we're in this society of politeness and why world travel is great).It's just a word--"best"--to get to darkest day who used that to plant the seed (blossoming instantly) to turn a NO into a YES. Same thing with this family when I said, "NO" & then they just change their narrative---and then they believe it. They truly believe it so the story I'll be telling is what happened & the evidence is that I don't live with their shhhhhIT (secrets) of a dynamic I've now seen twice. A replay. A redo. The knowledge given to me makes all of this worth it.  If the violence didn't happen, I would have never put it together. Support the show
