Si chiama La Parolaccia. E già dal nome si capisce che non si tratta di un posto come gli altri.A La Parolaccia non si va soltanto per mangiare. Si va per vivere un’esperienza teatrale, comica, a tratti surreale... e sicuramente volgarissima. Sì, perché qui i camerieri insultano i clienti, li prendono in giro, li provocano e spesso usano un linguaggio colorito — diciamo così — che altrove sarebbe del tutto inaccettabile.Ma attenzione: è tutto parte dello spettacolo. Nessuno si offende davvero, anzi! Chi prenota un tavolo a La Parolaccia lo fa proprio per questo motivo: per ridere, per lasciarsi prendere in giro, per vivere una serata fuori dagli schemi. È un gioco, una provocazione teatrale che va avanti da oltre 80 anni.Il ristorante è stato fondato nel 1941 da una famiglia romana, e fin da subito si è distinto per l’ambiente goliardico e il tono irriverente. Durante la cena, tra una carbonara e un bicchiere di vino, ci sono battute, parolacce, canti popolari romani e sketch improvvisati. Alcuni camerieri sono anche attori o cantanti, e ogni sera mettono in scena una sorta di piccolo spettacolo dal vivo, con il coinvolgimento dei clienti.Ma come funziona esattamente? Beh, appena entrate, vi accoglieranno con frasi del tipo:"Ahò, te sei perso? Che voi da magnà?"Oppure:"Ecco, un altro turista capoccione!"E così via.Se non siete pronti a farvi prendere in giro, questo posto non fa per voi. Ma se avete spirito, ironia e voglia di divertirvi... La Parolaccia è una tappa imperdibile.È interessante notare che il ristorante ha avuto negli anni clienti famosi, sia italiani che stranieri: attori di Hollywood, politici, musicisti, tutti lì, seduti tra romani e turisti, a farsi insultare mentre mangiano un piatto di bucatini all’amatriciana. Ovviamente, la cucina è quella tipica romana: semplice, abbondante, saporita. Si mangia bene e si ride molto. Ma attenzione: non è un ristorante per famiglie con bambini piccoli, né per chi si offende facilmente. Alcuni scherzi possono essere molto diretti, e le parolacce non mancano. Ma chi entra a La Parolaccia sa perfettamente a cosa va incontro: è parte del gioco.In fondo, questa esperienza racconta molto anche del carattere romano: diretto, ironico, dissacrante. A Roma si prende in giro tutto e tutti, compresi sé stessi.
