Ens instal·lem a La Taverna del Vinseum, el Museu de les Cultures del Vi de Vilafranca del Penedès, just abans que s'hi celebri un tast de vins històric, en el qual es tastaran les primeres anyades i les anyades en curs d'alguns dels millors vins que s'elaboren a Catalunya: Les Aubaguetes, Milesimé, Sot Lefriec, Lo Morenillo, Mas de la Rosa i Finca Garbet. D'algunes d'aquestes primeres anyades, com la 99 d'Alemany i Corrio o Mas de la Rosa, embotellat per Cims de Porrera, ja no en queden ampolles. Compartim taula amb els productors d'aquests vins: Delfí Sanahuja, enòleg del celler Perelada; Irene Alemany, enòloga i copropietària d'Alemany i Corrio; Albert Costa, enòleg i copropietari de Vall Llach; Anna Casabona, sommelier de Juvé i Camps, i Isaac Fragoso, ambaixador de marca d'Álvaro Palacios a Vila Viniteca. A més, ens acompanyen el sommelier Josep Belmonte i els nostres amfitrions: Xavier Fornos, director del Vinseum, i Enric Santisteban, sommelier i cap de l'àrea de Vins del museu.
