Un vi per lluitar contra el càncer

Després d'un any i mig de tractament contra la leucèmia, David Grau va decidir posar en marxa una iniciativa solidària per lluitar contra el càncer. Així va néixer Peces de Ciudad, un vi que destina tots els beneficis a diversos projectes de recerca contra el càncer i de suport als pacients d'aquesta malaltia. En sis anys hi han aportat 148.000 euros. El David ens presenta el projecte juntament amb la seva dona, Olga Celma, cofundadora de Peces de Ciudad, i amb el sommelier Iban Espinoza, responsable comercial del distribuïdor Escolà Vins i Destil·lats. També ens visita Pilar Just, presidenta de la DO Montsant i copropietària dels Cellers Sant Rafel. Amb ella parlem dels seus vins i de les greus conseqüències que la sequera persistent està provocant a la zona. A més, com sempre, Sole G. Insua repassa l'agenda vinícola de la setmana i Àlex Torío hi posa la música.
