Bill wonders how nervous Damar Hamlin was being in his first live action game setting since suffering cardiac arrest on the field. Damar played well, but he had to be scared. The guys talk about when they were most scared/nervous in life. Bill watched the first episode of Hard Knocks with the NY Jets and wants a personal coach. He thinks Aaron Rodgers comes off calm, cool and collected and it all makes Bill worried that the Jets may be as good as the hype! Bill is back tracking his Lizzo comments from a previous podcast. He likes that Lizzo is standing up for herself and pushing back against the dancers that are are suing her. Bill plays audio of NeYo on Vlad TV talking about parents letting young kids decide to switch gender. NeYo released an apology for his comments, but then released another video saying the apology was a PR Agent! NeYo's second video is a toughtful statment and makes Bill think if we want the divide to stop, we need to stop apologizing. Racin' Randy talks about what happened at the Indianapolis Motor Speedwat road course and how Chase Elliott, who lost by 1 second, has to win one of the next two races to get in the playoffs! The next race is at Watkins Glen and Randy and his wife head down Wednesday morning for the rest of the week. Bill asks Randy when the heyday of Watkins Glen was and Randy tells some fun stories! A newlywed couple did not do anything physical including kissing on the mouth until their wedding day! Could you? Does it make life better?
