I'm excited to share some highlights from my recent conversation with Jerry Neumann, a seasoned venture capitalist and co-author of "Founder vs. Investor." Jerry's advice to founders is to conduct thorough due diligence on their potential investors, ensuring they understand their motivations and track record. "You shouldn't ask your board how to run the company. Instead, present your issues along with potential solutions, demonstrate leadership, and seek their feedback to refine your ideas.
