In 2007, he ventured to Australia, teaming up with Chris Ringland and meeting his partner, Nicole Thorpe. Together, they experimented with drought-resistant varietals, pioneering unique wines like Nero d'Avola in amphora, gordo grape variety for his Zibbibo and Riesling semillon blend.Brad's approach is all about pushing boundaries and challenging traditional winemaking. He explores unconventional grapes and techniques, embodying the spirit of innovation.
