Understanding and Embracing Change

If There is one constant in life, it’s change. Life is all about change. When we left our Heavenly home and came to earth, our spirit gained a physical human body, and we were veiled from remembering our Heavenly home. This was our first significant introduction to an eternal lifetime of changes. Change can bring up a myriad of feelings for all of us. For some, change brings a sense of excitement with the anticipation of new beginnings and new adventures. For others, change brings a lot of fear and worry because of all the uncertainty. And for some, change can bring up anger. And if you are like me, you may feel ALL of these feelings. So what can you do when change comes your way?
