We also speak about the need to spread information about men's health issues and make it accessible for people to know when, where and how they can seek help for their ailments before the problem becomes uncontainable. Dr Ijane unpacks the need to know your family's health history and why regular testing and checkups are better than waiting too long before finding out you might have a chronic issue that runs in the family.
