The same God who parted the Red Sea is still making a way for His people today. In Exodus, we witness God's faithfulness to His covenant promise - delivering Israel from 400 years of slavery through the blood of a spotless lamb and the parting of impossible waters. This ancient story points to our ultimate Deliverer, Jesus Christ. Just as the Passover lamb's blood covered the Israelites, the blood of Jesus covers us. The Red Sea became both salvation for God's people and judgment for their enemies - a powerful picture of baptism and new birth in Christ. Maybe you've been living in your own "Egypt" - trapped by addiction, shame, or generational patterns. God is still in the business of fighting battles for His people. He's not asking you to save yourself. He's simply asking you to take a step of faith and walk into the freedom He's already prepared.
