Coup de projecteur aujourd'hui sur les Entreprises Ephémères pour l'Emploi. Un dispositif imaginé par Céline Garence et Didier Krief et qui sillonne la France depuis 2015. Les EEE font un stop à Nice, au coeur de l'Université Côte d'Azur jusqu'à début juillet. Une entreprise éphémère pour renouer avec l'emploi Les EEE cassent les codes habituels du marché du travail. Pendant six semaines, des demandeurs d'emploi rejoignent une structure éphémère et sans statut juridique. Elle fonctionne comme une véritable entreprise. Les associés sont ensuite répartis en cinq services et exercent du lundi au vendredi avec une seule mission : décrocher un emploi. Un concept totalement novateur qui place aussi l'humain au coeur de cette formation. Tous les associés sont en effet accompagnés par des coachs certifiés pour renouer avec l'estime de soi et la confiance en soi ! Des alliés de taille au coeur de cette entreprise éphémère Les associés profitent de l'accompagnement des coachs mais pas que ! Ils ont rencontré Jackson Richardson, handballeur titré meilleur joueur du monde en 1995. Sa mission : leur rappeler que l'échec n'est pas une fin en soi. C'est aussi un moteur, une source pour se dépasser et rebondir ! Ils profitent aussi des Ateliers du Numérique de Google pour se remettre en selle version 2.0. Les entreprises éphémères pour l'emploi offrent un regard nouveau sur le marché du travail. Ce concept permet de rompre l'isolement suite à une rupture professionnelle. C'est aussi l'occasion pour les associés de passer du statut de "demandeur" à celui d'acteur ! Tous les détails avec Sonia Johnson. Quelques chiffres clefs Depuis 2015, pas moins de 14 Entreprises Ephémère ont été créées. 600 associés chercheurs d'emploi ont déniché 4 600 offres sur le marché caché en France.
