Le paysage des écoles et des formations en immobilier s’est considérablement renforcé ces dernières années. Il est devenu même pléthorique et il n’est pas toujours aisé de sélectionner le bon grain de l’ivraie. Nous profitons des 50 ans de l’une des plus anciennes grandes écoles spécialisées en immobilier de France (L’ESPI) pour découvrir ce qui fonde son originalité. Bernard Pinat, son directeur général, nous explique aussi ce qui va constituer l’ambition des 10 prochaines années de l’école : une ouverture internationale et la création de nouveaux campus en France.
