Unforgotten Talk - Season 1 Finale

from Unforgotten · host Alabama Cold Case Advocacy

Well, Season 1 has come to an end. As they close this chapter, Sellers and Stormy get a little silly, discuss a couple happenings in the news, reflect on this season, and give a little hint at the upcoming year. (Also, a complete aside, so you don’t think Stormy was imagining a character in a movie or you were yelling at us what the movie was (and you’ll understand once you listen): Ender’s Game! Thank you to everyone for a special season, for sharing the cases, and the families for trusting us with their loved one's plight. If you have tips for any cases we discussed in a previous episode or have shared on social media, or if you have a case you would like to submit for a future episode or if you are a family member of a cold case victim in need of support, please feel free to contact us by emailing [email protected] or by using the contact form on alcoldcase.com.**Psst, stick around to the very end (Past end credits) for some extras!**Links and thanks from today’s episode:Former Walker Co. correctional officer agrees to plead guilty in death of inmate Tony Mitchell #JusticeForTonyMitchell Addiction recovery worker claims in lawsuit she was fired for calling for justice in Tony Mitchell’s Walker County jail deathSettlement in federal court case involving WCSOFamily of man shot dead by Walker County Sheriff’s deputy settles federal wrongful death lawsuitAdditional bones found Mount Vernon where skull was foundFacebook post 1/3/24: 23 years ago Stephen Pearson disappearedBreaking the Silence: Rickem Samuel https://www.joacree.com/Storm Of Suspicion Season 5, Episode 9: Burned in a Blackout is available on The Weather Channel #LisaNichols#Alabama #IfYouKnowSomethingSaySomething #SilenceIsBetrayal #NoMoreColdCases #Missing #Murdered #EngageWithEmpathy #FamiliesMatter #RaiseYourVoice #Advocacy #JusticeForAllBe sure to follow us on social media where we continue to advocate for cold case victims and their families!Alabama Cold Case Advocacy & the Unforgotten podcast are products of countless hours of researching and networking to bring greater exposure to the cases we share.
