Unique physical healing

We need to focus on the healing modality that works for us.  That modality could be unique to us.  What matters is identifying and doing what works for us regardless of what works for others.  There are a wide variety of "cures" for physical problems.  My advice is to make a list of every option you can think of and engage with the option you most deeply resonate with.   What works for me is meditation.  When I can meditate on what's bothering me and listen to the thoughts connected to that problem, I often can change my thinking in a manner that releases the problem.  I realize that doesn't work for everyone.   I believe we all have the wisdom we need to thrive at the highest level within us.  It's a matter of listening deeply to our self.  I may be able to help you with that if you wish.  I offer thought coaching designed to help you access your inner wisdom.  If that's of interst to youl contact me for a free introductiory session at [email protected] My books are available on Amazon.  You can find links to the books on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
