Unmuzzled - Season 2 Recap - Episode Discussions

Well, here we are! The end of another season... one to go. I look back up my experiences this time around recording and writing the second season of the podcast. This one had a bit of everything. Bad behaviour, becoming a mother, indecent proposals, decent proposals, and a fucking shootout. Who thought it would turn out like this, eh? Overall, the second season was a much smoother experience for me. Already having season 1 under my belt, I found it easier to open up in front of the camera... except the episode about money handling. I'm still embarrassed about that, and probably will be for a longer time yet. Season 3 will be the final season of the podcast, where we talk about my recover. Really taking my meditation and breathing practices seriously, and discovering the real benefit that it has left with me with. I still consistently meditate. And read. And discover new ways I can be a kinder, more understanding person. A better friend, a better mother, and of course... a better podcaster!
