Hundreds of property management professionals from across the country have weighed in on the pressures and positives of the job at this point in time. On this episode of Secrets of the Top 100 Agents, host Juliet Helmke is joined by Dr Sarah Bell, director of strategic partnerships at MRI, who digs into the firm's latest Voice of the Property Manager survey, now in its third edition, to uncover how professionals are feeling about their jobs. The duo discuss some of the challenges that are evident – such as long hours and heavy work loads – and extrapolate how this is impacting mental health and average tenure in the sector.
