I go into the challenges of coparenting, transition days, the inner collapse that always follows, and letting it all be as it is.It’s a new level of freedom when I began to allow myself to fall apart without fixing it, labeling it, or rushing myself back into productivity.I share about the moment I craved connection and the viral post that followed, reminding me of the power that comes with vulnerability and allowing myself to be seen in the messy truth of it all.
