Mark Greene is a former Navy SEAL with 20 years of distinguished service, and he is one of my oldest friends. Out of the 180 trainees that started day one of BUD/s class 212, Mark is one of the original 18 who successfully graduated. From enlisted SEAL to a transition into the officer ranks, Mark's story encompasses multiple combat deployments and service on both East and West Coast SEAL Teams, including time as a sniper instructor and Special Warfare Combat Crewman OIC (Officer in Charge). Post-military, Mark transitioned to a fundraising role at USC, and now his latest achievement is as an author.
