Knapp zwei Wochen nach Beginn der landesweiten Demonstrationen im Iran werden die Proteste gegen die Regierung im Land immer größer. Gleichzeitig kappte die Regierung unter Ajatollah Chamenei landesweit Internet- und Telefonverbindungen. ZEIT-Redakteurin Lea Frehse analysiert, wie die iranische Führung derzeit dasteht und wie viel Rückhalt sie im Land noch hat. Das Sturmtief Elli sorgt in Deutschland für erhebliche Einschränkungen im Verkehr, ein Spiel der Fußball-Bundesliga muss verschoben werden. Insgesamt scheinen die schlimmsten Prognosen aber nicht einzutreten. Der Deutsche Wetterdienst bewertet Elli mittlerweile als normalen winterlichen Sturm. Waren die Warnungen vorab übertrieben?
