UPDATE: The Public Records Lawsuit on the Kohberger Files

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation regarding the public records lawsuit styled as EWU Media LLC v. City of Moscow and the Moscow Police Department, that has been proceeding in Latah County, Idaho since February and is centered on public records requests concerning the Idaho v. Kohberger case.
