Uplift Your Spirit

from HeartMath's Add Heart · host Deborah Rozman, Ph.D.

As we look back on 2020 and prepare for 2021, we know that our world is different now and changing in unpredictable ways. This is leaving many people feeling anxious, depressed or fearful of the future. At the same time, more people are realizing the importance of connecting with the attributes of their heart and its intuitive guidance for uplifting their spirit and bringing new perspectives for effective choices. In our Add Heart Call, our host Deborah Rozman and her guests, HeartMath LLC Executive Vice President Howard Martin and Chief Strategy Officer Owen Ward, will share how they and the HeartMath team used the power and intelligence of their hearts to uplift their spirit as they navigated the often tumultuous ups and downs of this past year. Howard, Owen and Deborah will describe how using tools like the power of neutral, higher dignity and wholeness-inclusive care along with their heart’s intuitive guidance created what we call “turn-arounds.” This uplifted their perceptions, prevented much energy loss and magnetized new opportunities. Learning how to uplift your spirit and draw in new perceptions, ideas and solutions in the face of challenges is a powerful skill that we each can practice as we begin 2021. We’ll close with a heart focused meditation to energize our heart-powered intentions to create new opportunities for a new year.
